We were asked by popular travel magazine AFAR to produce a post about the benefits of traveling as a teenager, for students currently enrolled in the AFAR Foundation’s lineup of service trips to destinations around the world.

For media director Taylor Michie, it was an honor to relate the values of travel, especially as a teenager. For Taylor, travel has opened so many doors, and allowed an incredible amount of self-expression to come into his life. By working with the AFAR Foundation, Taylor hoped that his experiences would inspire others to get more out of travel.
